Dainty Donegal Designs
At Dainty Donegal Designs, every bandana is handmade with care in Donegal, Ireland. We hope you and your pet love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns for Non-Personalised Items
If you purchase a non-personalised bandana online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please email anna@daintydonegaldesigns.com within 14 days of delivery, clearly stating that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in its value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Personalised Bandanas
Bandanas personalised with your pet's name are made specifically to your requirements.
Where an item is genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised, it is exempt from the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us at anna@daintydonegaldesigns.com, preferably with your order number and photographs, so we can help resolve the issue.
Your statutory consumer rights remain fully protected, including any rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as applicable.
Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
Where goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return postage where required by law.
Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Refunds
For valid change-of-mind cancellations, we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods, together with the original standard delivery charge where legally required. Any additional cost of choosing a more expensive delivery service is not refundable.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
We will issue the refund within 14 days of being informed of your cancellation. Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at anna@daintydonegaldesigns.com.
We will do our best to accommodate requests before dispatch. For personalised items, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. This does not affect any statutory rights.
